With over 20 years of experience in legal recruiting, Jodie has worked with a diverse range of clients, including private start-ups to multi-national publicly traded companies. She is an expert in legal hiring trends, AI in attorney hiring, legal recruiter benefits, job search technology, social media and hiring, and in-house legal recruiting. Jodie Zerega started Zerega Consulting in 2003 and has filled hundreds of attorney positions in law firms, corporations, and non-profit organizations across the United States, Canada, and Asia. She has worked with many different clients ranging from private, start-ups to publicly traded companies with over 25,000 employees. Prior to starting Zerega Consulting, she worked as the Director of Recruiting at a multi-national law firm in Atlanta for 9 years.
