Joe Apfelbaum is, the CEO of Ajax Union, a top digital marketing strategist and communications expert who discovered, quite unexpectedly, that he had a fear of public speaking. He was excited to be asked by Google to become a certified trainer but when he started practicing presenting in front of his staff members he started to freeze up. Joe knew this was a great opportunity to promote and grow his business and so he decided he had to fix this problem and overcome his fear. Joe shares what he learned about himself, facing his fear and the strategies he used to overcome it.
