Joe Exotic’s motion for a new trial was brutally denied in 2023 with another denial to shorten his sentence in 2024, despite what Joe Exotic’s team calls bombshell evidence- key witness recordings proving they lied under oath and were allegedly protected by secret government deals. The judge dismissed his appeal, calling his arguments "skeletal" and "not credible"—even refusing to hold a hearing. But Joe’s legal team isn’t backing down.
