Joe Giuliacci and his wife Robin have been married for 25 years, and have two sons. Tyler is 20 and studying Political Science at Gonzaga University, and Ryan is 17 and finishing his Senior year of high school. Joe just retired from a 31-year engineering career designing commercial airplanes. Robin also retired this year from a career in education teaching the elementary ages.  The Giuliacci's started investing in residential/duplex property over 25 years ago and grew the portfolio to four duplex properties. After selling a couple of properties about four years ago, Joe and Robin reinvested that capital into their first couple of syndications as an LP. The Giuliacci’s since have sold their remaining duplex portfolio and have reinvested all of that capital into syndication and JV investments as an LP. The Giuliacci’s have over 30 LP investments, across 11 different asset classes, and have experienced 6 full-cycle investments in their short journey as LP investors.The Giuliacci’s have a strong faith and with that a passion to be good and faithful servants of God’s money through their investments.
