Joe Lundberg, AccuWeather senior meteorologist, discussed the upcoming snowstorm expected to hit New England, predicting it will start between 9 PM and midnight, last 8-10 hours, and affect mainly southeast New Hampshire and northeast Massachusetts with over six inches of snow. Portland is expected to receive an inch or two.
