Gal Luft, an American-Israeli energy expert sought as a witness in House Republicans' investigation into the Biden family's business dealings, has been charged in the Southern District of New York. The charges include failure to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, arms trafficking, Iranian sanctions violations, making false statements, and conspiracy to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.
