My Guest for Cooking with Milwaukee Community Leaders is Joel Brennan, President of the Greater Milwaukee Committee (https://www.gmconline.org/ ). Joel has built a career in public service. He most recently served as Wisconsin’s secretary of the Department of Administration, where he helped the state navigate through the economic collapse caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.  Grilled Surf and Turf - We are having some fun with Joel and Surf and Turf on the Grill - We brave the cold winter weather in Milwaukee to produce a Grilled Surf and Turf. Joel shows us how he grills surf and turf.  It is a combo of beautiful Rib Eye steaks and a nice piece of salmon grilled perfectly.
