"Self-love is essential for being able to receive love from others."   Today I'm chatting with Joel Pimm, a long-time meditation practitioner who's interested in how meditation and the study of consciousness can impact how we connect to nature, to each other, and to the world around us. But beyond that, Joel is an amazing person. After reaching out to me on Instagram out of the blue a couple of weeks ago with such a sincere and heartfelt message, it became clear to me that I needed to have him on the show. Our conversation was a very vulnerable and open discussion between two men who are both working to become the best versions of themselves.
