Pullas dijo que el rol de la Superintendencia de Bancos es darnos a conocer los resultados de la investigación al Banco Pichincha por los daños en su plataforma que no permitió dar los servicios con óptima calidad. Expresó que una de las reacciones del Banco que la vio como positiva es que a quienes debían pagar sus tarjetas de crédito se les extendió el plazo para que lo puedan hacer.
