John 8:39-47

In today’s study, we dive into John 8:39-47, where Jesus engages in a fiery exchange with the crowd. Claiming their lineage from Abraham, the people confront Jesus, but He challenges them to reflect on their true spiritual identity. Jesus declares that their actions align not with Abraham, but with the father of lies, the devil. This striking moment unpacks themes of faith, truth, and recognizing God’s work in the world. Join us as we explore the depth of this confrontation and its significance for understanding belief in John's Gospel.
