Here is episode 82 of John Arezzi's Pro Wrestling Spotlight podcast, reviewing the June 12th, 1993 broadcasts of Pro Wrestling This week on WNYG in Babylon NY, and the evening show PWS heard on WEVD AM in NYC. On this episode Marsh and I take a look back at these two shows, with special guests Stan Lane of the Midnight Express (on the WNYG Show) and Mat Watch's Steve Beverly on the evening show, with Steven DeAngelis from the Starlite Foundation (who later became a ring announcer for ECW) in the studio. I address a very negative column written by Bruce Mitchell of the Pro Wrestling Torch on both programs, addressing his "An Observer No More" piece that slammed all of those associated with the new 900#, and in particular my beginning to promote shows, while being a journalist. Steve Beverly weighs in on Mitchell as well.
