Australia II crossing the line to win the America's Cup more than 40 years ago is one of the most memorable moments in our country's history and one man forever linked to that famous victory, John Bertrand, is our guest this week on on Food Bytes with Sarah Patterson.

A nation united, a Prime Minister in party mode who virtually declared a national holiday and an incredible tale of determination, resilience, mental and physical strength and sacrifice emerged.

John was the skipper of Australia II and shares some of his unique experiences and memories, good and bad, plus his insights into leadership and building winning teams and the trait all world champions must have.
