Shelter NSW generally advocates for residents in the bottom 40% income bracket 'promoting a sustainable housing system and a secure home for all'.

Housing is a hot topic in the Kiama LGA at the moment, while Kiama Council's Draft Housing Strategy V2 is on exhibition, so we asked John to tell us more about affordable housing, recent policy reforms regarding long term rentals, social housing, short term holiday rentals and some new ideas in the pipeline.
