We all have those people that we would completely fan girl over if we met in person. For most of us, it's a major celebrity. For John, It's chefs. Any chef at any restaurant is like a rock star to him. So when he finally got a chance to meet the chef at his favorite spot he had a hard time getting out a coherent sentence.
