John Gafford is one of the two founders of The Simply Group. The Simply Group consists of Simply Vegas, the largest boutique luxury real estate company in Nevada, Clear Title, an escrow and closing company, Savvy, an insurance aggregator, and Streamline Home Loans. Simply Vegas boasts over 500 real estate agents and does 5,000 transactions annually, with a volume of nearly two billion dollars. Through vertical integration with Clear Title, Streamline, and Savvy, Simply Vegas was able to 5X their existing revenue. The Simply Group has expanded nationwide through JV partnerships with large brokers across the country, facilitating vertical integration of their companies. Prior to his career in real estate, John was a successful entrepreneur, building and exiting successful businesses in the hospitality, insurance, and tech spaces.
