Susan Wallner talks to one of the luminaries of the English speaking theater world, playwright John Guare. He’s won Tonys, Obies, and NY Drama Critics Circle Awards, as well as an Oscar nomination for the screenplay of Louis Malle’s “Atlantic City.” Guare’s newest play, “Are You There, McPhee?” has its world premiere at the McCarter Theatre in May.
