John Henry has been an emergency responder, entrepreneur, is married to an entrepreneur, has been a ward councilor, an election reformer, mayor, and in 2018 was elected as the Chair of Durham’s Regional Council. In 2022, John Henry believes that he is still the best choice to be the Chair of Durham’s Regional Council, running on the 4 platforms of broadband for all our communities; supporting our agricultural community; dealing with the challenges of the homeless, mental health and addictions; and preparing the Region for the post pandemic recovery and the expected doubling of our population by 2051.
