(artificial intelligence) technology.The traps use artificial intelligence to distinguish between a feral cat and other animals, then shoots them with a poison gel, which is consumed by the feline during its grooming habits.A trial run of the technology is beng done in the Wooroonooran National Park, near Cairns.
