John Mayer - Continuum

John Mayer is a workman-like modern blues legend whose cromulent guitar-playing is balanced out by the insanity of his personal life. This week Liam Withnail and Christopher Macarthur-Boyd listen to his 2006 magnum opus Continuum, which Rolling Stone magazine named the 486th Greatest Album of All Time. As well as the return of Secret Posho, Liam and CMB get into it and over it on subjects such as Jimi Hendrix, Drake’s birthday party, racist penises. Plus, they do a joke-by-joke breakdown of Mayer’s recorded attempt at stand-up comedy. All this and more on the fifteenth episode of Enjoy An Album!
