from What Fuels You · host Fuel Talent

John Pham is an entrepreneur, team builder, former aerospace engineer, and practicing orthodontist. As CEO and Co-Founder of InBrace, John and his are building an entire new category of teeth-straightening - giving the 500 million people who’ve opted out of orthodontics a solution that has clinical precision and doesn’t require work or lifestyle adjustments while in treatment. It delivers a completely hidden solution, with Smartwire being placed behind your teeth to gently perfect your smile in half the time, with half the pain, and half the work. Prior to InBrace, John spent years as a Boeing engineer and startup entrepreneur, then went to USC and graduated with a Master’s degree in Craniofacial Biology and completed a residency at USC. He also received his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery from UCLA. John now serves as a Managing Orthodontist for Bristol Dental and Orthodontics as well as Co-Principal Investigator at USC’s Advanced Orthodontics and Viterbi Engineering group. He has been recognized in 2018, 2019, and 2020 when InBrace was one of Orange County’s Top Workplaces; and in 2019 and 2020 when I was named an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. He currently resides in Orange County with his wife and 2 children. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
