John Ross Bowie - Actor

John is a really terrific comedic actor. He's made over 50 TV appearances and is best known starring as Jimmy DiMeo in the ABC show, Speechless and for playing Barry Kripke - the lisping physicist - on The Big Bang Theory. We have a lot of fun talking about everything from working as a copywriter and quitting to be an actor, his start at UCB Improv Theater, working with great improv actors- Rob Corddry, Brian Huskey and Seth Morris, how improv training is so helpful in sit-com acting, and the affect starring in Speechless (with it's focus of inclusion of those with disabilities) has changed the way he looks at the world.
