John Shine Founder Shine’s Seafood

Ireland has one of the largest economic zones in the EU because of our surrounding seas and oceans but only 9% of the fish caught there is by Irish fishermen. John Shine was a fisherman in Killybegs but now he sells tinned salmon, mackerel, sardines and tuna. John Shine Founder Shine’s Seafood spoke to Joe on the show this morning.
