John Toussaint, MD on Potent Medicine and Reforming Healthcare Through Lean

Today, we're talking about his latest book, recently released, called Potent Medicine: The Collaborative Cure for Healthcare. John talks about the three aspects of his collaborative cure: patient-centered care redesign, transparency, and payment for outcomes.
