She is also certified as a CIJ Clarity Catalyst trainer which is a Stanford University based course that has 3 modules: Adults, Kids and Teens, and Corporations. The kids and teens module is called CIJ Insight for Life and they focus on emotional intelligence and mindfulness to help them foster and develop the powerful potential within them. This helps them build confidence so when coming across challenges like peer pressure or bullying, they can navigate through them with ease.
