JoJo Jefferson is in the Writer's Room and She's Bringing South Central with Her

Joeisha Jefferson is a Los Angeles-based writer and producer who tells stories pulled from real life. Before the industry there was prison. Mentored by Director John Singleton, she started as a production assistant and learned the business from the ground up, moving her way into the writer's room. She's worked on shows like Shameless, Snowfall and All American. Her work is based on lived experience, not theory, and that shows up in everything she does. https://www.instagram.com/the_donstress/ https://www.instagram.com/diprimaradio/
