Jo'Lissa Evans talks about a Leap of Faith that Transformed Her Life

Jo’Lissa Evans is an inspirational speaker trained under Les Brown. She resides in Waxahachie,TX with her Husband, their two children, and their turtle. She is a high school graduate with a trade as a registered dental assistant. After being sexually abused she relocated to Dallas, TX and began her journey to the Lingerie Football League with the Dallas Desire. Within that journey she also was featured in JET magazine as “Beauty of the Week”. Yet, she still had those unhealed wounds from the sexual abuse and the cycle repeated. She knew something had to change to live the life she wanted. Today her mission is to impact men and women with her story, encouraging them to heal from sexual abuse, because they are worth it.
