Jon & Fil sing with Hudson Hawk

On this Bonus Edition of The Pod Charles Cinecast, Jon & Fil tell Bruce Willis to stop trying to make Bruno happen, as they trudge through his 1991 partially musical comedy-caper HUDSON HAWK. The film boasts an impressive supporting cast with Andie MacDowell, Danny Aiello, Richard E. Grant, Sandra Bernhard and James Coburn; as they all are entangled in a yarn about Bruce Willis being a thief named Hudson Hawk, who times his jobs to the runtime of show tunes – except he only does it like once in the film.Hawk is fresh out of prison and only wants a nice cappuccino, but is continuously denied his hot beverage, as he is forced to steal valuable items for a couple of rich twits, the CIA, and a low level mob family, with an ultimate goal to use alchemy to turn lead into gold... or something like that....It's completely bonkers, makes little sense, was poorly received, and we had to talk about because our good pal Malcolm was a Good Bagel Boss and requested us to do so.
