Jon and Wilson from NOKO

Jon Murray (Owner/ Founder) and Wilson Brannock (Managing Partner) of Noko drop by the studio to talk about their Wildy successful wood fired Asian Restaurant. Drawing on their experience with Indigo Road, both Jon and Wilson are veterans in this business, so they created a restaurant where as much love is given to their staff as is the guest. With insurance, vacation pay, and even a vacation stipend, they are serious about mental health, and with free gym memberships, they are serious about physical health too! Jon talks about how his experience dropping the bottle, had led him to a much fuller, and thoughtful experience Operating a restaurant. Wilson is such a down to earth guy, he talks about how much gratitude he has for the industry, his guests, and his team.
