He was released early from his dream job as a Royal Marines Officer, he tried to make it in the Corporate world but inside he was crushed. Married with 3 children he tried to remain strong for his family BUT he had lost his purpose. So, he went on a mission to find his purpose, reignite his passion and get his life back.He founded ‘The Elite Civilian Academy’ on a mission to serve veteran officers providing specialist performance coaching. The result his clients receive are a new life purpose with a plan to execute it. He feels many Veteran Officers feel unfulfilled, unchallenged or lost in their current corporate roles.
