Jon Jon Park, the son of Reg Park, is the guest on this episode of the Bodybuilding Legends Podcast. He also talks about when Arnold came to South Africa to train with his father after winning the 1967 NABBA Mr. Universe, how Reg met his wife Mareon and the many businesses that his father ran.
