Jon Katz - Transforming who you are by Transforming what you do

from I Am Refocused Radio · host I Am Refocused Radio

In late 2020 I went through a horrendous breakup. This breakup, compounded with the weight of an unstable childhood, decades of poor decision-making, poor relationship choices and poor habits, left me obese, anxious, depressed and suicidal at the age of 34. That was two years ago. Since then, I have turned my life around in every conceivable way and now coach others on how to step back from the path of negativity, poor health, hopelessness, worthlessness, fear and suicide. It is now my life's mission to help folks out of the pit of suicidality, anxiety, depression, repression and denial and take back their lives.https://www.instagram.com/nycfoodways/https://www.linkedin.com/in/jon-katz-1844881a3/https://www.youtube.com/@NYCFoodwaysBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/i-am-refocused-radio--2671113/support.Subscribe now at YouTube.com/@RefocusedNetworkThank you for your time.
