Some of his secrets to success are: Hire people that are better than you. You have to put the company ahead of yourself because if the company is not successful you cannot protect your employees. Don't take on too much debt. Jon shared his thoughts on what's exciting about living in the Triangle and what he believes some of our challenges in the future are going to be.
