Jonah - Introduction | Nate Huizinga

Jonah - Introduction We step into the book of Jonah, introducing some of the historical and literary context, and addressing the themes we will see as we work our way through this story. Nate Huizinga encourages us to embrace the silliness and satire of Jonah, and to find the humour in our own lives with God. Discussion Starters: What is a favourite story from your own life that is silly, or funny? What do you think of the idea that God has a sense of humour? Have you experienced the Bible as something enjoyable (even humorous/entertaining) to engage with? Can you see Jonah in yourself? How so?
