JONAH’S BIRTH STORY: WHEN I MET MOMMA BEAR

As promised, this episode is a repost of an IG Live I did a few weeks after my first son Jonah was born. His birth story truly shifted me as a person. He and I both were pushed to our brink. I felt my own mortality in a way I had never experienced before and simultaneously learned the true lesson of “I can do hard things”. Oh, did I mention that I was visited my spirit guides?
