Stress is not a new word for any of us, unfortunately, we all once in a while facing unpredictable or unavoidable stress situations. But is there any ways to cope with stress in such cases? We invited Jonas Fröjd from Mindkicker to talk about how to manage stressful situations and be in balance with yourself.     Mindkicker is a unique concept combining martial arts and mental training, the digital measurement from a heart research company and knowledge from world sports champions.
