Jonathan Banks has been in the auto industry since 1995. He’s managed the development of analytical models related to new and used vehicle demand and pricing for the last 20 years, and he’s overseen the development of the J.D. Power residual values model. In his new role, he’ll be managing the overall operations strategy of Used Car Guide and spearheading initiatives to improve the valuation process, such as the VIN Based Option feature.
