With a wealth of experience, Jonathan's expertise spans areas such as managing agent selection, operational efficiencies, software choices, health & safety compliance, and much more.Jonathan works with renowned suppliers including Earl Kendrick, Bridge Insurance, Dwellant, Cledor and Masterfix to name just a few. He also serves as an honorary consultant with the FPRA, providing invaluable assistance to residents associations, RMCs, and RTMs, and works closely with managing agents in a marketing, advisory and operational capacity. As an RMC director himself, Jonathan brings a unique perspective to the table. His firsthand experience and deep understanding of managing agents' concerns make for an engaging conversation that highlights the challenges and successes of the property management industry.But that's not all.
