He was offered a plea deal to get out if he claimed guilty, Jonathan denied that deal and stuck to what he believed in. Miraculously Jonathan won his case and is now a free man.Following this Dad Talk was just getting started and we reported on his case, it went viral. The post we made was a invitation for John to come to the podcast once he got out of jail which he did but just for a few minutes. During this time Jonathan and I stayed in close contact, not as a potential interviewee buts as friends and a fellow father. What you have here is a father that went to the court for answers. He did everything the right and legal way and these are the results in which came to pass.
