This is the second part of my discussion with Jonny McMurtry. In this episode we discuss Jonny's recent research around "Why players play and what is important to them" In his research he was looking at the motivations of elite U20 age grade players. His research was part of his Masters and was completed in conjunction with University of Queensland and the Australian Rugby Union.
