For the first three guests on Corporate Law Lab, we talked with senior in-house lawyers.  For the next three episodes, we'll be talking with litigators with three very different areas of specialization.  First up is Jordan Green, of counsel at the Phoenix office of Perkins Coie.  Jordan focuses his practice on white-collar criminal defense, corporate compliance, internal investigations, and commercial litigation.  He has worked extensively with corporate counsel to develop compliance plans for public and private companies and is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
