Jordan Lambropoulos is now thriving after fighting for her life just 3 months ago

You may have come across Jordy on Tiktok (@itsjordysworld) where she very openly shares the details of her life with a chronic illness and living with an ostomy bag. At age 9, Jordy was diagnosed with a rare case of Crohn's disease - an incurable chronic inflammatory bowel condition where her body attacks her own digestive system. Only a few months ago, she was fighting for her life in the process of a stem cell transplant, but after a successful surgery (and the first of its kind in Australia) she is now thriving and things are looking up for the 25 year old. In today’s KICPOD episode, Jordy so eloquently shares her journey of what led her to the transplant, how it felt thinking her time was up, and what it was like filming a goodbye video for her family.
