Co-Founder of Walk 'n' Talk Jordan Meehan tells his journey and experience from being a tradesman, running how own business, to working in the mines and now as a Support Worker.  Through his own battles throughout life, Jordan has used these experiences as a driving factor to create and pursue his passion for helping others and standing up a movement in Rockhampton. Walk 'n' Talk has been stood up for men who are struggling with their mental health and is a safe place to go for help. Walk 'n' Talk host a men's 18+ walk, BBQ and conversation every three weeks. The next walk is scheduled for Saturday 4 November 2023 7-9am at Rose Swadling Park, 732 Norman Road, Hillside Estate.  This episode contains a discussion around mental health.
