The body of Jorge Diaz-Johnston was found in a Jackson County Florida landfill in January, just days after his husband reported him missing. Jorge’s roommate, Steven Robert Yinger, has been indited by a Grand Jury in Jorge’s murder. Jorge and his husband, Don, were part of a landmark lawsuit where 6 LGBTQ couples sued Miami-Dade County in 2014 for the right to marry.
