Jorie first got her start in acting but released her first single “Make Your Own Music” in spring of 2021. She put out her second song called “#mytime” in 2022, which is about standing up to bullies and celebrating who you are. We asked Jorie about her songwriting process and she said she first gets an idea in her mind before coming up with the lyrics for the chorus and goes from there.
