Joseph danced professionally for 14 years, from the Broadway stage to national tours. In this episode he talks about dance as a key element of survival in his courageous personal journey. We explore his life from childhood through now and how he is able to share both the physical and mental health benefits of dance with others. Joseph also discusses how his passion has transformed and continues to evolve as we discuss his inclusive and incredible 567Sweat movement, which the 567Broadway fitness class experience emerged from.   567Broadway combines strength training and resistance bands with gold top hats and a disco ball. It is a community of inclusion that focuses only on the value of moving together and embodying the joy of everyone’s favorite guilty pleasure show tunes! Joseph recently released an at home DVD of 567Broadway featuring the vocals of Broadway stars such as Annaleigh Ashford, Caroline Bowman, and Amber Iman to name a few!
