Josh has over 15 years of experience as a chef, from Michelin Star restaurants in Norway, to working with some of the best chefs in NYC, including Gray Kunz, David Bouley, and Floyd Cardoz. In 2009, he opened his first solo project as chef/owner -- a fast-casual concept called Bark Hot Dogs, which received many accolades including “Best Hot Dog in NY” by NY Magazine. In 2020, Josh launched meez after two years of development, inspired by the same principles applied to great cooking – an uncompromising attention to detail and a constant drive to evolve and improve.
