Joshua Martin on JMB's New Old Show

Joshua Martin was born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana he started apprenticing with luthier‘s and guitar shops as a teenager was running guitars out to John cougars Belmont studio, and worked on quite a few other famous peoples guitars as a teenager self-taught since the age of nine, He started playing out live when at the age of 13 around the age of 21, married three kids later did not play for 10 years didn’t even own a guitar until after 2005 he deployed to Iraq. A friend of him a guitar after hearing him play at a jam then sent two Harmonica‘s over seas early in 2006 Since 2006 he’s been playing all over the United States after retiring May 18 of 2022 to where he’s played nonstop across the country  Joshua has written approximately 50 songs and has about 15 he’s trying to go through and narrow down to the top 10 for this first record, which is coming along in about 50% done. He has really enjoy playing Sonoma county & user to play a lot of weekends here while serving in the Coast Guard. After retiring at a two rock he finds himself coming back to wine country often to play and always enjoys the people in the community here
