Joshua Schwencke-Gastronomy Outdoors

For most of his life, Chef Joshua Schwencke has utilized food and the different ways of cooking it as a gateway to teaching people the value of doing it yourself. Whether it is through the harvest of wild game or shopping at your local meat market, Josh has been instrumental in teaching people not just how to cook, but to have fun with it, learn the history behind it and to not be afraid of trying something new. We had a great conversation at the 2024 Hunt Fish Podcast Summit and also were treated to one of his Gastronomy Live cooking events and the group enjoyed a wonderful meal together.
