Josie Kelly

Josie Kelly has dreamed of being an FFA State Officer ever since she saw her sister, a past state officer and her biggest role model, on stage delivering her retiring address. Josie is the current Arkansas FFA President and a current student at the University of Arkansas. Since being in FFA, Josie’s confidence has grown.
