Journal Entry #13 Representation Matters
from Better Than Journaling Hosted by Better Than Journaling
The confirmation of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson had us in our feels this week, and got us thinking about represtration and what it means to have someone that looks like you doing big and important things. We journaled out loud about the idea of representation as little girls looking forward, and about what it's like now to be the ones people are looking toward. What do you think about representation? Does it matter? Who did you look up to? Who looks up to you? Drop us a line - we'd love to hear from you!
